Measurement and Analysis of Copper-Silver Composite Plate
This is a sample we received of a curved thin metal plate made of a copper-silver composite material. The total thickness is about 3 millimeters, with the silver layer being 100-110 microns thick. We need to measure the 2 layers' thickness and can transfer the thickness value.
The sample is metallic with a smooth measurement surface. Depending on the thickness, a 15M single crystal delay line probe is suitable for accurate, reliable and repeatable non-destructive measurements in conjunction with the YUSHI PM5 Gen2 Precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge.
