**Holiday arrangement**  
In accordance with the national public-holiday schedule, our offices will be closed:  
Thursday, 1 January – Saturday, 3 January 2026  
We return to full service on Sunday, 4 January 2026 at 08:00 (GMT+8).  
Throughout the break every enquiry will still receive a first reply within 24 hours.
