Water Immersion Probe

Key words:

Product Classification:

  • Product Features
  • Applications
  • Technical Parameter
  • Standard Configuration
  • Basic Characteristics

The immersion technology provides a uniform coupling method.
The beam can be focused according to user needs to improve the sensitivity of detecting small reflectors.
The corrosion-resistant 303 stainless steel casing features chrome-plated brass connectors.
The patented RF shielding function can enhance the signal-to-noise ratio characteristics of critical applications.
Spherical (point) focusing or cylindrical (line) focusing is available.
The quarter-wavelength matching layer increases the output of acoustic energy.

    Product Model

    Five probe models
    W2.25M13, W5M6, W5M13, W10M6, W15M6
    Customizable
The above immersion probe specifications can be customized according to the required focal distance.

    Model Classification

    Point Focusing Probe
The organic glass or cured epoxy resin in front of the probe chip is processed into a spherical shape, and the sound beam converges at a point on the axis.
    Line Focusing Probe
The line focusing immersion probe has a cylindrical surface, and the sound beam converges into a line perpendicular to the axial direction.
    Flat Probe
The probe has a flat surface without focusing.

    Application Scenarios

The frequency response of the immersion probe is measured using a flat reflector.

    Application Scenarios

The immersion probe measures the sound field using a spherical target reflector.

    Probe Detection Report

Provides users with objective and accurate product quality and performance indicator information.
We evaluate the probes according to the ASTM-E1065 standard and provide customers with corresponding test reports corresponding to the serial numbers, used to record the actual RF waveform and frequency spectrum of each probe.
Each test chart includes data such as center frequency, peak frequency, -6dB relative bandwidth and pulse width. The content in the certificate is traceable.
