Multi-layer thickness measurement
It can simultaneously measure and display the thickness of up to five independent layers, with each layer featuring 26 individual parameters, and also supports dual-layer, oxide layer, and dual-measurement modes.
Interactive System
Import measurement images and perform operations such as marking, moving, modifying, and resetting measurement points. Record the workflow in a visualized manner, and store the data so that you can open it to view measurement trend charts and bar graphs.


Four channels
Four channels perform measurements simultaneously, with each channel's A-scan displayed in real time. The parameters for each channel are independent, effectively enhancing detection efficiency.
